I usually suck it up when the food it bad but I am sick I threw up those egg rolls and tasted sweet and sour mostly sour The eggrolls were soft and they are usually crispy it was soft and deflated and cold undercooked and the chicken sandwich bun was hard like a rock its not just the location Jacks food everywhere took a dip and it sucks I never complain but I had to get a knife to cut this and my dog wouldnt even eat the rest he left that part for yall to see and that dog eats *** so what does that say i woke up on sunday and I thought I was going to puke I had to run to the bathroom and I tasted that horrible egg roll and this was the worst fast food experience and i have eaten at whitecastle so take that into your thought process this experience will live in my nightmares for the rest of my life I am still sick from the food my stomach is in a knot from the grease that hasnt been changed in a decade

I did a drive-thru pickup I noticed that two other tacos were not in the bag I had ordered four once I asked her she was being rude about everything I also asked her can you be nice she said she said give me a minute and then headed back she gave me my tacos no taco sauce no lettuce just pure me cold to drive through the person was really really rude I also asked her for napkins she replied there's some of the bag I said there's nothing in the back she said I put them there it was basically an argument that I was just telling her okay I'm not going to argue she slammed the window on my face on the drive-thru was not done with my order and I still needed to ask her for rent I appreciate you just drive away I need this to be fixed or replaced my order or my money back

Just gotta say, huge fan of jack in the box since I was a kid. I just paid $43.00 for x2 8 piece chicken nuggets, x1 burger combo, a $7.89 sour dough jack not even toasted w/o fries or a drink, and a boba drink with a coupon I got in the mail. What is going on with your company? How are these prices justified when the burger isnt even toasted or dressed properly? Losing a customer since the age of 12 Surely yall can do better?

The food was so bad. My dogs would not eat it. The employees in the store take advantage of the Uber orders to get rid of old food because we cannot go back and complain. So somebody needs to watch Over this mine. With a fresh order, the driver had to wait for them to finish it.

I irderwd Boba, the boba came as hard little dried up balls the consistency of dried peas. When i brought the bad product back I was given grief and told to return at 4 am if I want to talk to the manager because the store had no management on site.

I ordered and then when I went to the window a woman asked for my money, gave it , then someone else brings the food and I wait for my Diet Coke , she then tells me that the other woman added the shake to the meal and I said No , that isnt how I ordered I would like my Diet Coke, she wouldnt give it to me even after the other employee told her to give it to me. I was forced to pay more - her name is Karmen at the Jack in the box in Banning - I Will NEVER go to Jack in the box again after her - what a rip off oh and I have been ripped off there before ! Karmen should before fired for treating customers in such a manner

Also, as said you eat the food you are NOT entitled to a full refund and you are asking for more than what you paid. If Karman gets fired maybe she would need to stoop to you level, lie an scheme to get free food and then some.

It looks like a shake was the drink with the $11.99 meal. Can’t tell if the shake is wrong and should be a coke or if coke was forgotten. Either way your loss is not $25 and you do not deserve a refund.

I order a sausage breakfast jack combo with a boba ice coffee this morning on my way to work. I took a drink from my coffee and a weird taste came out the straw.

I opened my cup and I took a spoon and scooped out what looked to be rat *** I poured some in another come just to make sure it was rat *** and it was. I cant return back with the drink because I am at work. I ended up trashing my entire breakfast after consuming rat *** through a straw in my drink. I tried calling the location and nobody is answering.

I am disappointed and I want to take further action in this matter and reach out to an attorney immediately.

The boba wasnt even chewy. It taste hard and expired like a hard raisin texture

An employee slapped a sticker in the middle of the windshield. The sticker is nearly impossible to take up off without the use of chemicals. I asked the employees why they did so. Their answer was that I couldn't park there. There is no sign that says so. When asking for a corporate number and email the store manager and cashier told me to *** and find it myself. Not sure why they responded in that matter when I simply asked to speak with someone higher up the chain. It's nearly impossible to drive the car with the sticker in the center of my windshield.

Preferred solution: This is a $110,000.00 car. This windshield isn't cheap. I would like forsure someone to remove the adhesive in a correct manner so that the windshield isn't damaged.

Do not use the The mix or match 2 for $3 is suppose to come with 2 for $3 any sandwich in the list shown. This is only for digital app purchases.

The store at 3480 Arapaho Rd in Richardson Texas, has employees that will ONLY give you 1 for the $3 even tho the receipt clearly says $1.50 and $1.50.

The store personnel are a couple of smart aleck kids who will not let you get a word in edgewise cuz I try to argue with you about what the price is supposed to be and I need to buy two of them which would be $6 in for two of them. I'm going to have to drive three miles further to another Jack in the Box because I'll never come back to this one because these kids are just lazy and don't want to read and I'm sick of it.

After realizing 3 main items missing, he kept hanging up on me,I've been hit by automobile while crossing street,no car, so I'm pain riddled,can't go to location, called driver he speak no emglish,after many attempts driver says he's going back, I can't eat the 10 tacos cuz starch missing,and this is first meal of day, will happen hours AFTER ORDERING AT 8:30 APPROX.
