Jack in the Box - Bad customer service
we went to your Jack in the Box in Centerville. Ordered 18 dollars worth of food special order two number6 with curly fries large one no mustard no ketchup add lettuce .The other only mayo and ketchup. . There Was no ice in drink station . Drinks were off. We didn't even receive our two Taco's . Or a receipt . The manager got on to her employee who was goofing off while making our tacos . And she left we drove home to Madison county where we live only to not havE our tacos no receipt .and nasty drinks. This was at ur Centerville tx location about 545 pm. YesteYesterday.november 1st.

No I CARE VALUES when dealing when customer

Was at the restaurant on 9302 Jensen drive Houston Texas 77098 On March 28 2020 was drive up to drive to place and order w I was completely ignored. No one answered the speaker box or nothing this at after 6am in the morning and as I was driving up the manager was standing outside talking to someone on a bike and when I drove she went inside locked door ( I guess)and never ever took my order if they were closed didn’t they car before me went through drive after dropping my Guaita emergency room got slapped in the face by the employee this been there when I was growing up. And considering the circumstances I do understand but to do a customer like was uncalled for so. So if someone can reach out (281-734-****). and see what’s happened people don’t want to work or something I know being on the frontline everyday (a dedicated nurse)

I had another bad experience with the jack in the box of mill rd in arizona. Ineven have picture of the food that shows time and date of when i took them and you will see it matches the time and date on my receipt.

I order the load back curly fries and asked for light light sauce and what i received what not what i asked for. I work nights and just wanted to grab something good to eat when i got home and all i got was 12 fries coved with cheese and 6 little pieces of bacon. I called the store no one answered the phone so i had to go back up there and when i did the manager didnt even wanna remake my food or anything. So was mad i even came back up there.

All i wanted we you loaded fries and all i got was crapy food and bad service... im sorry but this was just the worst.

Jack in the box he went to *** all over the country. I ordered the same About 6 months ago at around 1 am and the chewed and spit the bacon into the fries.

Issues with late night ordering and manager

The Person on Duty 3- nights in a row told me and other drive thru guests he wasnt taking orders. First time he said Sysco was up dating very rude voice Second time he said his system was down Third time he said sorry not taking orders right now , my system is down . I asked why and for how long. He said wont be up until next shift and said software was outdated. This time I told him I was reporting him, that I think hes a lazy liar and should be ashamed of himself for doing that to the owner whos paying him to sit on his butt doing absolutely nothing

No no no I will not ever take my family there either.

The ultimate triple hamburger combo with no special sauce just mayo and whatever comes on it besides the special sauce and they put it on anyway I take it back they still messed the order up and they would not give me my money back so I just threw the hamburger in the trash know I would not recommend anybody to go into Jack in the box here on imperial and 1960 Houston Texas my phone number is 229-454-**** I really do this isn't the first time that they have messed up an order I ordered a sweet tea he ran out of sweet tea and put me a whole bunch of unsweet tea in a cup and I come home I had to add sugar.

That sounds disgusting. I don't like having any kind of condiments on my sandwiches that I get from fast food joints because of all of the stories that I have heard about goofing off employees doing stuff to it. And about half of the time they respect my wishes and make my sandwiches the way that I want, and the other half of the time they put all those gross sauces on their anyway, like the person making them isn;t even paying attention to the special instructions given to them.

I was in Booger King the udder day and I saw through the window a sheriff's department patrol car pull up to the drive thru. I could hear him over the speaker inside of the "restaurant" when he placed his order.

He ordered a Whopper meal with NO KETCHUP OR MAYONAISSE. I laughed because that is what I had ordered, a Whopper the same way. I'm sure that being a cop that he wanted to be sure that no one had spit into his sandwich, that's why I always order my sandwiches that way. They put so much mayonnaise and ketchup on the boogers that the employees could spit a few real big hockers on it and you'd never know, because the sandwich is so soggy already.

The next day Booger King closed down it's dining room for good, but the dummies left the sign on the door saying "Dining room now open".

The employees saw me at the window looking in and looked at me with resentment that I wanted to be let in. I mean, if you're going to close the dining room the least you should do is remove the sign saying that the dining room is open and put up a new sign saying that it is closed.

These 2 orders I ordered through the mobile app I place 2 orders and they said they didn’t see my orders I drove around 5 times to see if anything changed and nothing I guess popped up but I never had a problem with mobile ordering through jack in the box it was a different guy maybe he was new I don’t know but I never got my refund on these 2 orders my number is (210)587-**** if you need to ask any questions

When getting order from jack in the box today(January 21, 2020) i was told they don't have ingredients to make my shake and to call and get it refunded. I also never received refund from an order I placed on dec 30, 2019 i believe it was. I was waited 10 and my bus was coming so I never got my food. Location closed lights on

I went to get a meal. All lights were on. I pulled into the drive-through. I was told that they were closed at 7:30 pm in oakville mo. I asked why the lights were still on, and that they were still there to talk on the drive-through speaker. I was told "we can not turn the lights off, we are open". I said "if you are open, i would like to order". I was then told that they are closed. This is the fourth time in a row that i have been to this location and had horrible service, or no service. Service complaint

No one would take my order. One unclean gentleman stated I am not allowed to have more than one drawer and someone will be there to help in 7 minutes. So I waited, 15 and nothing. The manager guy kept running his fingers through his sweat soaked hair, and stating he is going to leave because no one is showing up.

Real bad customer service

The man behind the counter stuck out his tongue and blew, spitting at me. Just because i didn't want to spend my ones. And i gave him a 20.00. then he didn't double bag it like i asked and what do you think happened i didn't make it home with my damn meal.
