Yes got a combo this morning at JIB #5369. Only to have a refry chicken patty and stall bread. The frist time i try it i loved it. Now i could not pull my self to try this again.

Jack In The Box - Manager Review from Lewes, Delaware

Hi I'm jaykob just went to the location in Sanger and had to wait thirty minutes for my order. All I had was a number 7 and a nacho burrito. I waited and then the register lady had to ask me what I ordered. After telling her the manager was being very rude and obnoxious saying she didn't forget anything I just hope you guys get a better manager. She is making y'all's establishment look very bad. To top it off with, when I got my money back for having to wait so long she still had me pay for my cup. With no apology or explanation why it took so long it wasn't a pleasant view watching everyone else eat that ordered before and after me

I watch a worker stand outside on her phone and come straight in the kitchen and started fixing food without washing her hands. And on top of all that while she fixing food, she yawned all over the burger she making. This is just unexceptable!!!

Jack In The Box in Pomona, California - BAD QUALITY SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

I'm an ordain minister I grew up in this town, went to the high school two blocks away. (Store#2021) In the last two years, the service is subjective, I order value fries and two tacos and the fries were cold and old, I ask them to give me fresh fries and they had an attitude and acted like they're doing me a favor, I complained to the woman manager and she even had an attitude. I went a few weeks later again cold fries with now two cold tacos I received, the tacos were so cold the chesses were very stiff, once again the cashier had attitude and I complain to the same woman manager she serves cold attitude with the same old attitude. while she was fixing the fresh fries the cashier who served me the cold fries, was going behind the manager back going back and forth smiling and making faces (she was touting me). Today I went to pay for food for the homeless to feed several individuals (which I have been doing for over three years with the tacos give away survey). Now today a cashier who was in training didn't know how to process survey code number (not her fought, but managerial), now comes that same manager coming with a condescending look at me and started speaking another language loud and disrespectful to me in front of the workers and customers, with disrespect to me the customer unprofessional on "jacks be half........ Then she had the nerves to tell me not to come back, while she was on the phone with her defensive, bias district manager who had called me earlier with an attitude (I have the recording)... why because I complain about the quality of the items I bought, it’s my money and not theirs and I'm paying for the quality as well for the food. Also I had use the customer survey and it gave me a code with a letter (w) and when I went to redeem the code she had the nerves (the same store manager) to ask me with an attitude why I rated as I did, Very unprofessional, very unprofessional, (service with attitude, not a smile). Jack you really don't want a truthful survey; you just want something to feel good. Oh yeah, remember I went to the online complaint site and the district manager called me with a defensive attitude leaving a voice mail (I kept) Professionally speaking and adamantly I speak truly you're a joke JNB. (I can understand, now why people fear clowns more than ever, maybe this is why your clown is faceless, why so no one can who hold you to your real demeanor). Professionally I'm a Quality Assurance Manager/Director for thirty-five years in Aerospace, defense, commercial planes, auto, and medical devices. If we acted and responded like JNB managers and employees, we wouldn't be able to rely on our air defenses, commercial planes, they would fail and would fall out the sky, car wouldn't work, your children would be dead, medical devices wouldn't even be worth the using. The JBN focus on quality, then dollars. Please send several undercover customers to your businesses and constantly do so. You will see your employees step out of the box of professionalism into an unprofessional box of disrespectfulness, confrontational styles, dishonoring as professionals while representing you as a corporation. Your mission statement is not the way of the husband of JBN who died while the media exploits his wife for gambling problems. I truly did believe in you when you came up with the finger foods in the late seventy (1978-1984) when your food wasn't all that and your profits were very critical and I mean very critical). IF America IS COMING TO THIS TYPE OF LIFE STYLE, AND PROFESSIONALISM, THEN WE'RE ALREADY A THRID WORLD COUNTRY. Your customers are more than feeding their faces, and you should be less about your profits and feel good attitude, remember your customer are number one; the best of us are about our community and kids... remember my earlier call when you made my kids cried, due to your staff who only cared about their weekly checks. As I stated early you're about the RICHES, (e.g. your own preservation). I remember one of your store manager wouldn't give a Latino mother child a cup of water while the weather was in this particular city temperatures was reaching 103 degrees constantly for about eight days, because she didn't purchase anything, she was denied; I was eating at lunch at the time and overheard the conversation, which made me sick to my stomach, so I paid for the bottle of water, I asked the cashier why no water, I was told that their district manager said “NO”, they have to buy something, shame on you where is you humanity? Now what's your excuse for that mother and child on August. 10, 2015, shame, shame, shame. If you’re really worried about your food, ask “Rodney Allen Whippy” I’m from that era.

Stood in line for 20 minutes not one person would help me they kept looking at me with a bunch of teenagers it was about 9:45 on the 8th of October 2016 then finally one came to me and said have you been helped and I said no then I asked if I could have a chocolate cake they said oh are shakes not working there was also a guy standing there the whole time I was there waiting for his order and he never received it there was nobody else in the store very poor service

Everything improved in this location & now everything is above and beyond expectations. Good job! That is a wonderful transformation. I can always come to Jack to at least eat affordable filling energized & satisfing meals. Cant get better than that. Its been better than ever before & my mom & brother really apprecate this resurant for being that service we always wished to recieve that makes us eager to work with such quality that it transforms lives & impacts people on a greater level. Food is definately something that is a superior craft. We give others service really proffessionally & when we recieve a good service in return for our efforts it really makes it all worthwhile & we are glad to even spend some extra for the cherry on top sometimes.

Im very disappointed. I really wanted to eat my meatlovers burrito I ordered at 530a.m. I had to beg two people for one extra sauce. I even begged a customer to ask for tge sauce. I would like to go back to 7410 bonnie view rd jack one day but im concerned that customer service will never be right. Who are we hiring these days. You cant get a decent person to give you good service this is the busiest time of day. Tgere has to be a better person . There are 6 billion people on earth. Goodness. This upsets me a great deal.

10/4/16 I went to order meat lovers burrito combo with orange juice at around 5:30a.m.7410 bonnie view rd. Black lady with braids refused to give me 2 saracha sausey. I told her i would pay for the sauc. She told me to drive back around &order again. I dont mind paying. I dont like rude peolpe. I will never eat there again due to her behavior. It was un appropriate. No one should have to go through that. She treated me like I was a low class citizen on the corner begging, and I did beg her. I even begged the hipanic lady for one extra sauce. I feel bad. This is not customer service. This type of business is unexceptable, every where. No good. Please get it together. I barley like the neighborhood. This is horrible to act in accordance.
