Bad serivce, rude customer service

It was my second time at that store and the first time they didn't have any bags so they wouldn't sell me food and then the other night when I went they didn't have any chicken so I asked the lady at the window for the complaint phone number so I could call and complain about how badly the store has been managed and I just I asked her for the number and I said can I just have a receipt with the number on it, and she goes I can't just give you a receipt, and so I go okay, and then I'll buy a Coke so she pours me a Coke and ,then I say okay where's my receipt because I just told you I don't have any receipt paper I said that's not what you told me because get out of my line. And I said what is the store number, and she said I already told you it was 900 I said you did not tell me that because get out of my drive-thru.

Right upon entering the food counter, employee named Martha gave me strange looks. No hello, no smile and she kept staring at me the whole time.

I felt uncomfortable and even expressed to my order taker Jade. Jade was very nice i even tipped her$2 just for being nice! I asked for 3 sauces and she said rudely only "2 per order" I swapped secret sauce with honey mustard bcz my daughter wanted HM. I ordered chicken sandwich and curly fries.

The quality of curly fries have gone bad dry& burned. After eating a few assessing them i took back to the counter n complained about quality. I asked to swap for french fries which a few of them were already there. Why mix French fries with curly fries.

When i took the tray back showed her she said "you already ate all of them" i didn't eat all of them. I said u can measure & give me same amount that i did not eat.

She was mean, rude and very unfriendly and she kept staring at i& my daughter when we walked out of the door. Food was not good and what an unpleasant experience!

I decided to take my granddaughter out for lunch worst experience of my life the food was soggy, greasy, cold, there was no pop in the pop machines so I settled for a glass of water. It was just the most worst experience ever. My 3 yr old granddaughters chicken nuggets were burnt beyond burnt she refused to eat them, the french fries were cold and stale. I purchased two Southwest salads yesterday, January 22, And while viewing my chicken portion on the salads, I question the size which was extremely too small. I spoke to the representative and they told me that it was the serving portion size and that they also used chart.

I only had five 2 size and chicken crumbs in each salad container. This is unacceptable for the type of money Im spending for the salads! I was very very disappointed and requested a refund to my card. This is a ripe-off at its best to charge that amount of money and only give tiny portion size of grill chicken.

I am truly unsatisfied customer. I didnt take a picture at the time because I was so upset.

They messed up all 4 breakfast sandwiches. I have photo proof! I ordered no egg no ham extra bacon. All were made with egg and ham and had very little bacon! The fries were old and cold and no the halfsies they were supposed to be. 1 if my 2 burgers were missing. The hash browns were also old and cold! I am completely unhappy and want my money refunded!open your food to check!

I have order number 19 which comes with bacon in Jack in the box and asked them to remove the bacon . They have given the sandwich with the bacon which was Soo disgusting . I wont eat bacon at all but because of their mistake I might have eaten it and I asked them to replace the sandwich but they just removed the bacon and didnt even arrange properly. The sandwich was Soo cold and didnt taste good. This was not expected from them

2nd time Ive had issues with lilliana she told me it wasnt necessary to tell in drive thru I was getting me and my son a milk shake Im hard of hearing I was in the military and the gun shots did damage to my ears.. she was very rude told me she didnt need to know why I was being loud she didnt care and no she was not thankful for my service this is the 2nd time shes treated me and my 6 yr old son like trash. Told me to go to McDonalds if I wanted a kids toy in the kids meal.

Well upon waiting to get my order at the drive-thru handing the employee female employee my credit card she gave me my coffee I proceeded to put it in my coffee cup and ask her politely if she could throw this away for me she rudely said no no this is not your house that's your trash you throw it away with a very rude attitude I then left the cup on the ledge telling her I don't want the trash it's your coffee cup she didn't care she said quote I won't give you your food until you throw it and get it off of there or I'm going to call the police I told her call the police I'm not leaving without my food I already paid for it either give me my money back or give me my food after about a minute or so when customers were honking and me also she gave me my food and proceeded to put the cup in my bag I found it and laid it back on the ledge she proceeded to grab it and throw it at my car as I drove away I feel this is very unprofessional with the current rate of which they are being paid now and demanding respect they should also show respect I've given my cut several times to the employees to throw away after I poured my coffee in My cup and I had no issues this lady does not deserve to be on the drive-thru dealing with customers if she cannot handle a simple request unprofessional childish disrespectful and unbecoming of employee of your company who is now probably making $20 an hour and should show some respect and gratitude sympathy towards people in the morning going to work I'm also requesting a refund

Lg Bacon cheeseburger, 4 tacos, LG fries, LG strawberry shake,take more time to confirm what I had delivered was double burger with no cheese and no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no pickles. It was two burgers and bacon on top and bottom buns, no tacos, and my strawberry shake was spilling from the cup half of which spilled out.
