i asked for a large cup of water to go along with an $11 large cluck meal (which was dry but almost expected) was told policy was to harge for a large cup of water, then you make it impossible to get a bild of coroerate custemer service um guessing you have no chstemer service. never again out w jack in the box and im going to post and yell thus everywhere!!!go somehere else!!! somewhere else!!!go

Pricing on menu it’s been incorrect for weeks

Salads are priced at $7.49. However if you get crispy chicken or grilled chicken theres an up charge of two dollars the menu does not reflect this and you will not know to get to the window.

Went to drive in and was told to please stand by and employee next came back on speaker and after 5 minutes 2 more people in line so I drove off and your employees were talking and no one in your parking lot or inside. So rude. They need to be fired

Jerks at the jack in the box on Avondale Blvd wont answer the phone and I did not get the egg rolls I ordered. Ive called 17 times and no answer. Was not given a receipt either. I threw this food in the garbage as Im allergic to onions

I paid they told me to park in front where I waited for 20 minutes. Then when I finally got my food the hash brown was missing and I. Went inside to ask for it I was told it would be a 5 minute wait ?!? Really after already waiting 20. I get back to my to find out the iced coffee cup had a crack in the side and spiked all over my car!

Frozen food

I order tacos for my three year old daughter. With a sprite.

When i pulled up to the window to pay. They had a man dress like a woman with long red nails that was unprofessional. Lets not forget they was dirty. Didnt speak just ask for the money.

So when i dud get my food they was still frozen. I went in the store manager had a bad attitude. And did not apologize about it. She didnt try to fix the problem she remade them in left it on the corner of the table.

The cook was high of drugs to where he couldnt stand up.

Manger show him moving slow and couldnt complete his job. She was talking to him like ghats her friend my child bit that frozen taco no one tryed to fix the problem im going to talk to a lawyer about it

On Friday July 7th I placed an order online and picked up my order. when I got home I notice my Jr bacon cheeseburger was missing. I called the store and the lady I talked to told me that shell write down my name and I can go back anytime and they will give me my Jr bacon cheeseburger plus 1 extra. Today, Sunday July 9th, I went back and was told that my name wasnt written down and that they can only give me 1 instead of 2 like they told me. Im disappointed that my name was never written down when I was told it was written down. Bad customer service!

3rd time I pull-up at Broadway and Florence waited 25 min in drivetrue waisted 15$ of gas to be told over again that they only accepting cash this is not the service jack in the box promote . Employee should not close the EBT and credit card int1 till until the last minute on shift . I'm not happy at all I won't ever go back to jack in the box

Thief/Miss use of a customer credit card

on 7/7/2023 around 145p I stopped at Jack in Box at 7806 Forest Point Blvd, Charlotte NC 28217 for lunch. I spent $8.10 on my meal, through the drive through.

I went in my purse to search for my Credit Card and noticed i didn't have it, when i started getting notices from my card company. I was not on that side of town when i noticed I didn't have it. I attempted to search my purse and car. when i still could not locate it, I remembered the last time i used it was at this place.

The drive through cashier never returned my card. Then I got messages if i was attempting to use the card. I responded no to the message from my credit card company. they shut the card down.

But in the mean time, there were 3 attempts to use the card. 1st time was fir $143.10 around 718p on 7/7/2023, it was not processed against my card, then on 7/8/2023 there were 2 attempts for the following amounts. $40.00 which was charged against my card, then another attempt of $46.00 which my credit care company sent a message asking if i am making an attempt which i responded no, then I called them to discuss the attempts. My card has since been cancelled.

But the fact that the young lady didn't secure my card in case i was to return for it, but attempted to use it. This is a place i have eaten at many of time since it right near my job. I will never eat there again and will let all know that there are thieves in that establishment. I have reported this to the Local please department, so they can open an investigation.

I do have my police report number. you may contact me for that if you like. I work hard for the money I make and hard to keep my credit up so i am afforded the opportunity to be able to have a credit card. But find it very disrespectful for her to use it when she is not authorized to do so.

And the fact this as put a bad feeling about this place with me. I can't imagine what she is stealing from your place of business if she would take a chance to steal from a customer.

I will never eat at that restaurant or any other Jack in the box. I will exercise the extent of the law on this and against the drive thru worker that last had my card.
