Frozen food
I order tacos for my three year old daughter. With a sprite.
When i pulled up to the window to pay. They had a man dress like a woman with long red nails that was unprofessional. Lets not forget they was dirty. Didnt speak just ask for the money.
So when i dud get my food they was still frozen. I went in the store manager had a bad attitude. And did not apologize about it. She didnt try to fix the problem she remade them in left it on the corner of the table.
The cook was high of drugs to where he couldnt stand up.
Manger show him moving slow and couldnt complete his job. She was talking to him like ghats her friend my child bit that frozen taco no one tryed to fix the problem im going to talk to a lawyer about it

on 7/7/2023 around 145p I stopped at Jack in Box at 7806 Forest Point Blvd, Charlotte NC 28217 for lunch. I spent $8.10 on my meal, through the drive through.
I went in my purse to search for my Credit Card and noticed i didn't have it, when i started getting notices from my card company. I was not on that side of town when i noticed I didn't have it. I attempted to search my purse and car. when i still could not locate it, I remembered the last time i used it was at this place.
The drive through cashier never returned my card. Then I got messages if i was attempting to use the card. I responded no to the message from my credit card company. they shut the card down.
But in the mean time, there were 3 attempts to use the card. 1st time was fir $143.10 around 718p on 7/7/2023, it was not processed against my card, then on 7/8/2023 there were 2 attempts for the following amounts. $40.00 which was charged against my card, then another attempt of $46.00 which my credit care company sent a message asking if i am making an attempt which i responded no, then I called them to discuss the attempts. My card has since been cancelled.
But the fact that the young lady didn't secure my card in case i was to return for it, but attempted to use it. This is a place i have eaten at many of time since it right near my job. I will never eat there again and will let all know that there are thieves in that establishment. I have reported this to the Local please department, so they can open an investigation.
I do have my police report number. you may contact me for that if you like. I work hard for the money I make and hard to keep my credit up so i am afforded the opportunity to be able to have a credit card. But find it very disrespectful for her to use it when she is not authorized to do so.
And the fact this as put a bad feeling about this place with me. I can't imagine what she is stealing from your place of business if she would take a chance to steal from a customer.
I will never eat at that restaurant or any other Jack in the box. I will exercise the extent of the law on this and against the drive thru worker that last had my card.
