Follow up on e-mail

They never answered the phone, every number they gave me in may has been disconnected no longer in service. I left a message with the legal department. If they don't call me by Thursday of this last week of July 2023 I'll call my military budy who cut his teeth in jag at fort Bragg. They want to violate civil rights, it's ok, I'll lighten up their bill folds for them.

Walked in and got three burgers on your wings and fries and a couple drinks. The food was cold and also they put cheese on one of the burgers which we told her no cheese.

Worker and customer were rude and confrontational.

On 07/03 in the mid-morning, my family and I spontaneously went to Jack in the Box hospital where my husband had a scheduled appointment. After my husband ordered his meal, he ordered daughter's meal and the worker asked him what kind of drink spoke over him and asked what the drink my daughter told caramel coffee she said to ask for extra caramel, because he did not hear her I yelled from the front passenger seat extra caramel.

I also order my meal when he said he wanted a Diet Coke with his meal, this seems to frustrate the worker. By the time my husband drive around, we could see the look on her face that she was bitter about something.

As a result, said to the young lady, you have poor customer service skills. She then asked my husband if I was his wife, and when he responded yes, she said I feel sorry for you.

Weird visit!

I went to your location in Escondido at 550 W Mission Ave and made my order. This location wasnt busy when I arrived.

I pulled up to the window and the guy takes my cash and then says that I will need to move my car forward or backward a little. I asked why and he says because we are being timed. I said so what and did not move my car from the window. Manager comes to window and again asks if I will move forward or backward to wait for my food.

I say no because I have never had any drive thru do this in my entire life and it makes no sense. Manager suggests she will hand me the food only in the spots they wanted me in. I sat there til they did it correctly and handed me the food out of the window.

I feel like you need to investigate the management at this location. They did not give a receipt as I expected after such a weird experience, they definitely are covering their tracks.

Obviously, your parents raise you poorly. JUST move.

Do not act like a disobedient six-year-old. You are old enough to drive, and even though you do not act old enough to drive they could have refused service and called the police if you refused to move.

Someone needs to investigate your parents to see if they corrected your bad behavior. They probably always took your side when a teacher or other figure of authority complained about you.

I ordered the Really Big Chicken Sandwich Munchie Meal and got some double burger instead, I went through the drive thru a little after 8pm, since the dining room was closed. I have been trying to contact the location I got my order for over an hour, but all I get is a busy signal.

Maybe you should revoke their franchise license since they don't answer their phone. No business phone is that busy for an hour, especially in CA state capitol, I have been here over 10 years and it is not that busy, they just make sure that you cannot contact them by leaving the phone off the hook and you have to go in in person. I have NEVER had to complain like this before in my life, but after a long, hard and stressed day at work, I couldn't even get the meal I ordered. I desperately hope you will fix this extremely messed up situation.

Drive thru attendant was rude and did not want to help me. I ordered on the app. And she was said you have to wait for the cars to clear. My service truck doesn't fit in the drive thru. So I was on the side like I have before. With no issues. I was. There before there was any cars in line.

Rude employees who don't know how to answer the phone professionally and I got hung up on when asked to speak to a Mgr this Jack in the Box is on W.T Harris and Statesville Rd in Charlotte NC We had placed an online delivery order last Sunday evening, got a confirmation email stating the delivery time etc then received a text msg saying our order had been cancelled, but money was taken out of my acct anyways
