I am requesting that Jack-in-the-Box highly reconsider bringing back the mayo onion sauce in their Jumbo Jacks and their grilled sourdough burgers. That mayo onion sauce is a trademark that made those burgers so delicious and irresistible.
Bringing back the mayo onion sauce will attract original customers who fell in love with the original Jumbo Jack and attract new ones. After coming back with the original Jumbo Jack and grilled sourdough mayo onion sauce, you should really consider selling it on store shelves as well so that customers can buy it at their local grocery store.
User's recommendation: My recommendation is that Jack-in-the-Box is not what it used to be as a result of no longer having the male onion sauce.

$29.51 Purchased 3x 'Sourdough Jack's'
We also ordered 1x Oreo & 1x Strawberry shake. The service crew said they are out of all shakes.
We asked for 1x Diet Coke & 1x tea. The service crew said they are out of all drinks.
[Sourdough Jacks come with ketchup, mayo, Tomatoes, bacon, Swiss style cheese, jumbo patty & butter.]
However, the service crew said the store is out of Tomatoes. We were not offered a discount or free item or any compensation.
When we got home we discovered the orders were incorrect.
My order of 1x 'Single Sourdough Jack' with the bacon to be put on the side. I asked for an additional sauce, "good-good sauce," however my 'Sourdough Jack' was missing "good-good sauce," ketchup, & mayo.
My husband ordered 2x 'Double Sourdough Jack' with NO ketchup or mayo however one of his doubles had my "good-good sauce," on it.

I was looking at the menu in the drive-thru, and a bird pooped on my car. I cleaned it off and disposed of the wipe outside my car.
I get don't litter, but I came to the window to pay with Gabriel, and a lady named Julissa came to the window after I paid with a nasty attitude and the baby wipes in her hand, telling me next time don't throw anything in our parking lot, we have trash cans, which I had already driven past. The trash can was there, but she was extremely rude with her tone, her body language, and all, because right after she said what she said, she slammed the window right in my face before I could say anything.
I asked Gabriel to tell her to come back to the window, and she refused to come. There is a certain way you talk to people in customer service, and my order was wrong.

I would like to file a complaint. I was in Jack-in-the-Box store 3575.
My order number is 449 and I was approached by an employee implying to my service dog telling me she needed to see papers for my service dog and told me what I am diagnosed with. The lady that was saying all this to me her name is Veronica.

Well, first off, the lady couldn't speak English. Second off, I told her no cheese on my sandwiches; I'm allergic to cheese.
There was cheese on every single one of them. So I took a bite of the first one, took a second bite of the first one, took a third bite of the first one, then I realized this tastes cheesy. I had to pull over, turn my light on in my car, and see that there was cheese on my sandwich. But luckily, all it did was make my throat itch and tingle this time.
Then when I tried to call, I tried to call a bunch, five, six, seven times.
It never goes to the store; it goes to some automated thing and says it's full, and then it clicks up on you. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed.

Hello, I made an order last night that was missing a few items, and others were just completely wrong. I tried to return it, but I was met with rude employees that didn't want to help me. I was mildly upset and went home defeated and made this complaint.

Regarding the Jack in the Box at 8767 Main St, Houston TX 77025, at 22:05 on May 26, 2025, the lady manning the drive thru did not say anything when I pulled up. After one minute, she said, "Wait a minute," to which I said, "Okay".
Four minutes later I asked, "How much longer?" She did not respond.
Thirty seconds later she said only, "Please wait!" I asked, "How much longer?" Then she, in an annoyed voice, said, "We're doing a shift change! Wait." I then began driving off.
As I was driving away, I saw that the lady manning the drive thru was an obese Hispanic lady, mid-20s, looking very stressed.
I expect garbage service everywhere ow but the 0% effort at customer service here really perturbed me.

Sourdough Jack was cold not grilled had only lettuce on it, tacos no cheese no lettuce, Jumbo Jack was a cheese burger, Dr pepper was flat.

The assistant manager was not very kind when I addressed the issue with my burger. I am allergic to bacon and my jumbo jack had like a half of bacon slice in it towards the of enjoying my burger.
I mentioned it to Venessa the assistant manager and she automatically was defensive like I was asking for something free of charge. This was unsettling to me since your franchise is my favorite place of business at least 3 times a wk. She had no concern to even ask if I was ok due to finding of something I'm allergic too. She then finally refunded me for the burger with a continuing smirk on her face and proceeded to speak to a customer in Spanish which I felt she was being defiant I then proceeded to let her know I speak and understand Spanish also.
This encounter was embarrassing and your Assistant Manager showed no empathy let alone ethical behavior towards a paying customer.
Very left unhappy with my visit. Thank you
User's recommendation: Not good the receipt below is only for the burger refund but original was for a Jumbo Jack combo/ curly fries/ coke. That receipt was in the trash.

They took to long for the order please contact me at 254-499-**** and when I contacted the store the next morning the manager was a little out spoken and I asked for corporate office she said she was not their and she did not have corporate number and that she was making a sandwich thank u so much rosalinda garcia

Nothing they could care less
I told her loud and clear, 'Ultimate cheeseburger combo,' and said, 'That's it.' Drove up to the window. She said I didn't order anything. I said, 'Okay,' so I ordered at the window. She then said I had to drive back around.
I said, 'I'm here now; I'm not driving around.' Another guy asked me what I wanted, but nothing became of it. She must have told him not to do it. Then she called the police. Wasted everyone's time when all she had to do was take my order.
The customer is always right. Heard that before, right? Her way or the highway. It was not crowded at all.
I believe she's racist. I've been there before, and she had a bad attitude.

You guys are always our go-to place to eat as a family. I'm so disappointed and we are going to look for another location.
My order was super dry and incorrect. When I called them and told them that they did not give me a receipt in the bag as well as my order correct? They wanted me to drive back and give them the food back to remake it. This location just doesn't seem like they care.
Not all of them but a lot of them. I couldn't get a hold of corporate because they were closed.

It was so terrible all the grease at the bottom of the bag tacos had like a bottle of grease like I have said I always eat their but mostly go to the Drive thru just tell the workers if they don't want to cook tacos let some one that cares do it I'm still going to eat their

When presented with all the items they were out of, you had the option to leave. You chose to go ahead and order.
I have never heard of someone thinking they would be offered discounts or freebies because a fast food restaurant was out of stock on some items. Again, you were advised, by your admission, of what they did not have and you ordered anyway.
As far as your incorrect orders, I am sure that was annoying. I would be annoyed and then remind myself I need to check my orders before leaving the restaurant next time.
They want discounts and freebies, because they cannot afford their prices.
