- - There was a poor callback from upper management about the coupon policy.
- - An email asked me to come in for a DEAL coupon; the store did not honor it.
Poor call back or concern from upper management regarding your company coupon policy. Received a email asking me to come in to receive a DEAL coupon.
Store would not honor the deal. I called into Corp.
and she took all my info said a DM would call me within 3 days. NEVER HAPPENED.

- - Placed a Jack in the Box order about 6:30 PM and later texted Uber Eats after 7 PM.
- - Cancellation notice issued; refund denied citing 48 hours.
At about 6:30, I placed an order at Jack in the box... sometime after 7 pm I was texting Uber eats about my order when I got a notice that my order was being canceled..I got denied states it's was after 48hr.
I was requesting refund... Untrue and I want my refund..

I vist this location about 3 time a weewk for over 2 years now ,i spend about 150-235 a week there because I'm am disabled and can't cook Today 02/01/2026 @ 827pm
I went and t Ruben g the cashier was so rude he laughed at me because I was 2 cents short a after making fun of me for about 4 min because I did t have 2 pennies I found it on the floor, he was so rude I was so embarrassed I don't deserve to be treated like that I'm in their ever other day e a ting ,and when I got home the food was ice cold I didn't want to go back and be mad fun of again so I thi0w it out
I will no longer spend 134/234 a week there anymore ro be treated like that is was completely unnecessary BBrandon kwit

It sucks
I ordered 3 plain cheeseburgers, and I got 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup. Mustard and pickle on it.
That's not plain and top it all off. They gave me junior cheeseburgers when I said cheeseburger.
User's recommendation: Tell them you want a big regular plane cheaper.

NOT EVEN A YEAR, WHY IS AGAIN THE CHICKEN SUPREME DELETED? I JUST STOPPED BY MY LOCAL MORENO VALLEY, CA RESTAURANT.
TOO ORDER MY FAVORITE SINCE THE 1980S. HAD TO ACCEPT WHEN YOU DELETED AND SANDWICH. THEN I SEE THE COMMERCIAL. I LITERALLY FLEW TO THE STORE ON WINGS OF ANTICIPATION.
WHY BECAUSE THESE DAYS, WE DON;T KNOW IF THE FLAVOR WILL BE THE ORIGINAL. IT WAS AND I HAVE PURCHASED. BARELY IN THE MONTHS FOUR, WOULD HAVE BEEN FIVE TONIGHT. SO WHAT HAPPENED?

The drink was incorrect, no receipt in the bag, and zero napkins.
These meals used to be $8. For the price you're charging, the service should be perfect.

- - Croissant breakfast sandwich was warm and looked thrown together; discarded.
To inform upper management of any unsatisfactory service. And hopefully it will be addressed.
On the morning of 02/28/2026.Store #3272 San Jacinto ca. 92582.
I purchased several breakfast items from this via the drive thru.
I received the order and drove away.
Not (5) mins. I proceeded to inspect the order and found that it had been assembled very poorly.
especially the croissant breakfast sandwich which was simi warm and appeared to be just thrown together. Needless to say i found it to be unappetizing and discarded it. That being said I also want to say I do enjoy your restaurant.
And would recommend it to others. I just felt i need to report this poor level of service.
Missing item on my order

- - Croissant not available after 19-min wait; no fish after 10-min inside; poor service; I go to 523 Fair Ave Jack in Box where orders are completed.
11 am 04/01/26 arrived at drive thru for a breakfast croissant after waiting 19 minutes to be told we dont have any croissant that was hard to believe so I left. 1 week ago they h ad no fish burgers after i sit inside waiting 10 minutes later they told me no fish.

I went in to jack in the box an the guy wouldn't even ring me an my family up so we tried the machine couldn't figure it out an he still wouldn't ring us up told us to do on kiosk an I told him need special on sum can't see it hear he said he couldn't ring us up butt could do just fine with drive thru though dude work there for years he still can't ring sum one up how does he still work there

Staff complaint
Staff member refused to give me their name or the manager's. Called the cops on my daughter and her friend for trespassing as soon as they walked in the restaurant before they had a chance to purchase anything.
Saying, 'If you're not going to buy anything, then get out.' The children left. Then they went back in to purchase a drink to stay out of the cold because that was instructed for them to do. And they still kicked them out, saying one of the friends was stealing because she came in with a Wingstop cup from an earlier purchase on a field trip. The cops showed up as I, the mother, was attempting to talk to the staff about refusing the children access to the restaurant and insulting my kid and her friends, calling them disrespectful, rude, and thieves.
Took pictures and videos of them without my permission. Then the cops asked if we could take the conversation outside to not disrupt the guests, all to say they can't do anything as far as pressing charges if they don't want us there. I want to have this rectified if the restaurant is open. Children should be able to patronize an establishment or have rules put up that say they can't be in there at all unless they are with parents.
The Jack in the Box store is 138; the address is 2090 N Arizona Ave. This happened at 2:45 on February 13.
I got the first name of the staff from another parent present. Her name is Elandra, and the manager's name is Christopher.

find this rather questonable
How are you consuming $50 to $75+ a visit? Because it sounds like you buy more than one meal per visit and don't you reheat that?
You can't cook but drive?
And if you're walking you want piping hot food for the immediate meal but are okay heating the rest? It sounds like you should dine-in and visit daily, then you can address your food quality issues in person.
