This is ridiculous I don't have an account number. I need someone who can actually help me with my problem. I went to Jack In a box #314 I tried to call and no one answered. I found a Goddamm plastic bag in my cup of ice I didn't want a drink just ice and I said it was fine so you can see. Don't get mad bcus I only wanted ice and plus don't put a bag in my cup of ice.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches from the store here in Santa Rosa address 3086 Marlow Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. I was half way done eating the sandwich when I tasted something very wrong. I opened the sandwich up to find mold inside of the eggs. It was not a little amount of mold either it was a lot. Now today Im sick with food poisoning. I have pictures and videos of the mold

I went to the drive through on Saturday night. February 17th, at 845 I held at the drive through.

Because the guy asked me to then. He said they are only serving mobile orders. I said, but you guys are open. So I need to place a mobile order in order to get helped.

And he said man, your *** don't listen. I said, oh, is that how we talk to customers now? Myself and multiple cars were pulling backwards through the drive through as the employee was laughing at everyone through the intercom.

I got out and took pictures of the employee when I did a Google. Review the owner just wants to send me to a link to file a complaint that actually asks for no contact information.

Visited this morning and got my kids the jack breakfast bacon sandwich combos 2 of them got home gave them to the kids about half way into sandwich my daughter says mom did you not get bacon I said yes I did well the sandwiches did not have any bacon on them tried to call store no answer I want a refund because Im always missing food or something is wrong. I cannot keep driving back to the store after leaving to get my food corrected

Involving Beaumont Texas location at 5601 College St. Ordered online after passing Beaumont Texas, on I 10 heading West another 6 hours to our destination.

Chose the Winnie Location, but Website sent it to Beaumont location on College. Went to pick up order at Winnie location, Manager not there. A service person, who said she was in charge but didn't identify herself as a manager, said there was nothing she could do. I had to go back to Beaumont.

I called Beaumont, service person kept calling me a he, I said I am a she twice, but they weren't paying attention to me, also said I had to go back to Beaumont. I said I cannot because I am traveling through and still had 6 hours to go to get to my destination. They said you can come tomorrow. I said I am not coming back this way and they said that I was out of luck.

I said please refund my money they refused too. So I filled out a form online but still haven't heard anything or received a refund. I'm angry for being a crippled 57 yr old lady and being treated and talked to and ignored badly. I would like my refund ASAP and never again will I have need to stop at a jack in the box again.

Also, I had to reorder at the Winnie location and pay again! In the girl that said she was in charge explanation, they are in different regions. She can't do nothing for that reason. I'm sorry but I know it's all franchises, but why don't JITB back each other's play?

Your all in the same boat, striving for the same destination? Why don't you all throw each other a bone every now and then? Help each franchise be better than they are. When one restaurant suffers, you all suffer.

Because Angry Customers tell 2 friends, then they tell 2 friends an on it goes. It makes ALL JITB restraints look bad!

Out of 2,034 locations, only 146 are corporate-owned. Why would you think one location is going to take a financial hit for your incompetence?

And finally, stores cannot refund online orders.

Restaurant apps are controlled by corporate and they are the only ones who can refund you. The same goes for places like McDonald's, Panda Express, Burger King, etc etc.

Also, if I own the franchise I am not eating the cost for your mistake. You need to take responsibility. And finally your angry customer tells two friends and so on.....

scenario? That doesn’t apply here because they will listen to you but they are thinking “this person doesn’t know what she is doing or where she is, I’m not going to stop going.”

I'm a eploye for Jake in the box and I can get a hold off

I'm a former employee from Jack in The box to 2100 culebra road location in San Antonio Texas & I was employed about 3 months and I believe that I was fired because I brought up issues that were unsafe in the work environment that needed to be brought to people's attention and that were work safe for us to be working in the roof was leaking & it was leaking onto the grill of the where we make the burgers I had about five four or five buckets down in the kitchen collecting water when it was raining there was water leaking from one of the plugs on the ceiling that was connected and plugged into the screen that we take the orders last night I shut the kitchen down for two days becuz it was raining for two days all night & I work the night shift & when the manager came in & the morning workers at 6:00am they were upset that we didn't take any orders & I told them which they could see themselves when they walked in the buckets of water that I explained to them why I was not going to be serving food when there's dirty water leaking from the roof onto the grill and the plug was leaking &we're surrounded in a kitchen full of metal appliances & it was unsafe so yes I take it upon myself to shut down the kitchen & then there was a group message that the situation was brought up about that they lost money those two days but it nobody said anything about the work conditions as to why the store lost money so I took it upon myself to say something in that group message becuz trying to blame the employees that were not doing our job so I was quick to respond becuz that wasn't the case the issues is management not maintaining the property & taking care of the safety issues that were causing us to not do our job & having to shut the kitchen & the response from the manager was but we still pay you for the days you were there that I didn't stop us from paying y'all so I got the flu I had already been off of work for a day & I wasn't able to go to work I tried to go to work but I wasn't feeling good so I had told them employees that were working with me that night that I didn't feel good I had to go home I text the manager that the new manager that was the number was left there for us to contact him if we needed & I got no response until days later & I did show an excuse for my days I wasn't at work but they still fired me and I feel like I was wrong wrongfully laid off because they were just looking for a reason because I spoke up about the safety issues and they just use that as an excuse and I did have a doctor's note and I still was fired and I feel like I've been treated unfairly and I want to go back to work but I don't want to work at that Jack in the box I want to work at location if I can get a chance to talk to someone who can help me with the this issue please let me know

When I received your email on your 73rd Anniversary special and tried to order, your system wouldn't take my order. This was a one day special.

I live in Hawaii. I called our local Jack in the Box to check if they were honoring this special and the staff told me no one informed them of this 73rd Anniversary special.

My question is how does Jack in the Box disseminate announcements like this to their franchisees so all customers can take advantage of your specials?

It seems unfair that our Hawaii Jack in the Box franchisees don't get these alerts so we, the loyal customers of Jack in the Box, lose out on these meal deals. I can understand that prices might be slightly higher than the quoted $.59 for the Jumbo Jack due to shipping to Hawaii, but we should at least have some type of meal deal also.

User's recommendation: Don't always believe the email specials from Jack in the Box. Verify with your local Jack in the Box franchisees if they honor the advertised meal deals sent out via email from Jack in the Box.

BTW Guest-248**** - additionally, if our local Jack in the Box franchisees don't get these message alerts of specials from the corporate media section of their business, how are they suppose to decide whether or not they will participate? I feel their is something broken in the dissemination of information from corporate to the franchisees.

So I'm currently inside your jack in the box on 19th Ave and buckeye. I ordered two # 21 combo and two #27 combo.

When I got my food I received two #21 and two #26. I brought the food back up to the front and attempted to fix the mistake. The manager said the #27 costs a dollar more than the #26 even though they are both listed for the same price. I went ahead and agreed anyway just wanting to get my food.

When I went to swipe my card it said my total was 5.86. When I pointed out that that was more than a dollar each (2 meals = $2) she said she "wasn't going to argue I either paid it or got nothing" I said "well just give me my food back" she took the original food back to her office and came out 2-3 minutes later saying " hope it tastes alright" I asked for her name and she said I didn't need to know it. I let her know I was contacting corporate and she said "good, tell them I said hi"
I have 90% of this entire altercation on video that I would be more than happy to email to you so you can see how your managers are acting. I'm afraid to even eat the food she gave us.

I should call the BBB and health department. I'm prepared to file a police report for what she may have done to my food.

I am very frustrated because this is t the first time this has occurred, I was going to take them back but I was on my 30 minute lunch break. I would like to send pictures!! As I was at the drive-through, waiting for my food, I see this lady, eating hot Cheeto puffs, talking and laughing with her coworkers proceeds to eat the hot Cheeto puffs, licks her fingers drinks Her soda does not wash your hands, grabs the condiments, put it in peoples bags and Fills up drinks put lids on drinks which is disgusting!!! it was my order and other peoples order. She was touching after just licking her fingers.!!!

I was charged twice for a mistake I made and tried to correct. They only refunded me for don't make a mistake on their app because they won't refund all of your money one but there are two transactions and they still owe me money and you can't get anybody on the phone and the computer doesn't understand what I'm saying it thinks I'm still talking about the same when they refunded. No phone number for customer service. Jack in the Box sucks
