I am profoundly hearing impaired and cant communicate through words. I went to discuss employment and was ignored 5 TIMES after asking to speak with a manager.

I was very patient waiting for screen orders to clear before asking again and waiting til they arent busy. They act as though they do not hear me, but i know they hear because i am a loud person due to hearing impairment. I waited almost 30 minutes to speak with a manager then she threatened to call the police if i did not leave, although i had done nothing wrong and she didnt have a response whenever i asked why i had to leave.

I feel very disrespected and discriminated against and will take this up with the Civil Rights Office if no action is taken. I thank you for reading my compaint considering i cant use a phone
