I went through drive thru Thursday afternoon July 26, 2018 waited almost 15 minutes ordered a Jr. Jumbo Jack and 3 orders of tacos.

After driving off and getting home I realized my burger was meatless. I then took the time to call the store several times but no one ever picked up the phone so I drove back to the restaurant and talked to 3 employees one by the name of Ramiro.

They kindly gave me another burger however I was still upset so I thought I'd take an extra step and report them. Very very poor service!

They replaced the burger which you more than likely did receive but just wanted another one for free... and that wasn’t enough for you so you had to report them? What a lovely person you are.
