I really would like to speak to someone about my experience at Jack in the box on Monday night. Although, Jack in the box is one of my favorite fast food restaurant I will never ever visit another Jack in the box until I have spoken with someone and resolved my issues.

The service I received on Monday was horrible. I believe my drink was spit in and my food was cold as if it was made three cars before me. I talked to the manager and he was very rude. He also lied and said that he would remake the food plus give me my money back.

I told him I thought the other employee spit in my drink. He laughed turned his back to me and talked to the employee they both laughed and walked away.

15 minutes later the employee that spit in my drink returned my money and told me to have a good day. No food and manger never came back out.

No one has addressed my issue at Jack in the box. I will never ever spend another one of my hard earned dollars at Jack in the box again.
