You are in a public business which usually has to do with people. Because you are not coupons to answer contact totally unfriendly horrible unfriendly and more unfriendly lack of customer unservice.
Your message is a lie that you want to help people because you will not talk to them. Because of this rotten experience trying to reach you I can tell you that you would have had superlative feedback that would make a huge benefit to your business and that you are missing socks that matter and I suspect your business will fail because you are unavailable to learn from your customers. I will never eat there again because you are not a people pleasing operation.
And I will certainly bad-mouth you every chance I get for your lack of human contact. There is really no reason it should be so laborious to have to go through these measures to report valuable information
