I have been to this location jib#701 several times and did not get everything on my order.i never said anything cause I thought it was jut holiday stress.but since then I have been there several times and my order has never been right .my foodwas either burned orcold.i have tried several times to call the manager at this store and it always goes to a voicemail and no one ever returns my call this is not right I have to pay for my food I would like to get what I order.on 1-7-2019 I ordered 4 tacos onion rings a #4 meal. I got 3 tacos and my burger was burned and my frys was real cold.tried to call store back 4 times and left messages and no one called back nor did they answer there phone.this matter should be addressed. eastdallasjohn@gmail.com

I didn't like: Customer service its no good employees need training.

Have you tried calmly and politely speaking to the employees in person about this issue? Say something such as "Pardon me sir/madam, I appear to be missing on of my tacos." You'd be surprised how far manners get you in this world.
