I went to the J Box in gardnerville, nevada about 12:30 PM, ordered a triple burger and curly fries special, thought i would try it, well 45 minutes later and noticed people after me got their food, i went to ask about my order, the ticket was not on counter where they line up orders to fill, i could not wait any longer, i had to go do other things. I was nice about it and told them forget it, dont make it.
I figured 45 minutes was long enough. I noticed other customers waiting for their orders too before me, so it was a bad time for others. I understandthings happen, employees call in sick, short handed, ect. Ive been there before and noticed the same service lots of times.
I think someone from corporate needs to come by and get them back on track. I have worked in the food industry, so i dont get bent about it.
