I said both, which I'm assuming costs more. I get home, and there is no bacon. Not sure if it comes with two hash browns, but mine did. One was cold and super greasy.

I ordered food on the Jack-in-the-Box mobile app, which does not work like a mobile app at all. It seems more like it should be on a full-size computer.
It shows part of the page. I ordered two burgers. I clicked on one to customize, add cheese. I clicked on the other one to add cheese.
And when I got my burger, there was only cheese on one, and they refused to fix it, so I asked for my money back. They refused to give me my money back. They told me I needed to deal with customer service. I contacted customer service and had to fill out a report.
They asked for an order number, and since it only showed half the page, there was only one number of the order number. So I could not submit an order number. Anyhow, I sent a few different reports, and it’s been going on three weeks, and they still have not gotten back to me to refund my money. Basically, they ripped me off.
They owe me my measly 7 plus dollars. I don’t really care about the money. It's the principle of doing bad business. I am going to do everything in my power to get satisfaction.
That includes entering the drive-through when it is full and ordering $100 worth of food, and then when I get to the window, I drive off. Or I will go from city to city looking up every Jack in the Box that I can find and leaving a one-star review. Since I'm a *** of a hacker, I can leave a different name on each and every bad review.
Or they can simply just give me my money back, but at this point, I want more than seven dollars because they’ve not only ripped me off but they’ve wasted my time. I do know that I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of that page to have the order number on it that would not let me see the whole order number.
Preferred solution: At first my two burgers. After filing several reports. $50 will do if I have to pursue it any further it’s gonna go way higher.

I am writing to report a very serious and concerning experience at your Jack in the Box location in Indio, California.
I was treated very rudely by staff. The customer service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome as a customer.
The food I received was cold.
The coffee creamer was lumpy, which raises concerns about freshness and food safety. My food was also placed next to what appeared to be a water cooler or air conditioning unit on the counter, which I found unsanitary and unacceptable.
After eating the food, I began to feel unwell and am concerned that the food may have made me sick.
Additionally, I could hear employees speaking in Spanish making rude and disrespectful comments about customers. I understand Spanish, and what was being said was inappropriate and offensive.
There were also other customers waiting who appeared to be experiencing delays and similar issues. I am currently speaking with another customer who had a similar experience and also felt unwelcome and disrespected.
This suggests the issue is ongoing and not an isolated incident.
I also attempted to submit a photo of the unsanitary condition through your website, but your system did not allow me to upload any images. This prevented me from providing visual evidence of the issue.
No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected while purchasing food.
This experience reflects serious issues with food safety, cleanliness, and staff behavior. I am requesting that this location be investigated and that appropriate action is taken immediately.
I expect a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

Jack in the box mobile app. Does not seem like a mobile app at all.
It seems like it should be brought up on a computer. I ordered two burgers add and cheese to both of them and on their end. It showed shes only on one and when I asked them to fix it, they refused. So I requested my money back.
They said I need to contact customer support. So I did and their customer support wanted certain information information that I could not give them because their app is screwed. It does not show the whole page so it didnt give me the order number. Anyhow, Jack-in-the-Box never got back with me and I submitted a few different reports.
I dont know how a business can do business like that and stay in business. So I will never do that again whenever I back in the box, I am gonna leave a bad review whether I eaten there or not

I am buying less often here, NOT AT ALL in Ocean Beach (San Diego), thanks to manager Lupe, who sent me away with 2 Jumbo Jacks with NO MEAT AT FULL PRICE just to get back at me for a negative survey due to a messed-up special order. To promote goodwill, I apologized for the survey, even though it was THEIR screw-up, and she acted nicer, but laughed at me when I contacted her about being cheated! Someone like this should NEVER be in management.
With the homeless issue in that area, they often treat customers with disrespect at this location, therefore, I WILL NOT return there. I have worked in customer service since 1975, and I have been in deli/seafood/meat; promoted to meat cutter; Meat Manager, and managed a lodge in CO.
I have a certificate in hospitality/tourism; a degree in Business; and another in Retail Management. If I had an employee that disrespected a customer to this extent, they would receive a formal reprimand, or termination.
I contacted JIB with another survey and requested a call back. No response.
I contacted the corporate office, explained this in a manager's voicemail, and left my contact info. Still no response!
