went to jack in box at 10 at night the line was 6 cars waited more then 45 minutes only because no way to turn around.once got up to the order box went to window took 30 hour from there. the burger looked llike it was dug out of the trash can the other burger was ice cold i ordered curly fries i got straight fries my son ordered loaded fried he got curly fries.

no one spoke english couldnt understand him spoke broken english they refused to take complaint. very very rude customer service i will diffenelty spread word around about this jack in box.the jack needs NEW employee and New manager

Poor service

I went to the Cedar Hill Texas location and was treated very disrespectful by the employee there..... He didn't give me my receipt and was very rude to me....

The Jack in the Box in Sierra Vista has a totally incompetent "manager". Out of 3 visits I had missing food, wrong food and a mobile order that could not be filled. She had no idea his to cancel the order and could not even give me a number to call.The numbers I found online would not work. I am finished trying.

Supervisor or Manager not cashier stole my credit card and didn't give it back.

I tried buying my food and the system was down and they needed cash but I only had around $1.00 cash. But the supervisor or manager, not cashier, kept my credit card even though I requested it back but she kept my credit card. I gave back the food. Horrible customer service and I had to cancel my credit card because of her. It's the Jack N The Box on Highland Dr. in Rancho Cucamonga.

Get the supervisor or manager fired, not cashier, at this location who stole my credit card. Todays date it 9/21/21 and when this situation occured was around 4:00AM-6:00AM.

A refund of my mobile order store was closed

I placed a Mobil order at 1:26 and when I arrived to the Jack In the box to pick up my food was already closed one of the employees that was there told me that they close earlier than the the time schedule. I pay for my order and I just want to get a refund

Complaint about manager

At 11:30 p.m. on September 20th I was at the Jack in The box on Union hills and 91st avenue in Peoria Arizona where the customer in front of me placed an order I was told that the system was down they couldn't do any orders and the car behind me was able to place an order that is discrimination I am pissed off that's money that is lost on your end and a customer and I also drive for Uber eats so I will never pick up orders from there and I've been doing it for over a year here in Phoenix

User's recommendation: I would order your food deliveries or go to the jack in the box that's on lake pleasant and Happy valley.

The worst customer service

I was told I was a liar. When I told the manager that his drive-through food was cold. He was going to do the refund. But wanted to tell me that he thought that I was lied. A. theres no reason for him to give us commentary. B. When I wrote a review it went directly to the manager who never forwarded it to anybody. C. When I called corporate they told me someone would be getting a hold of me and that they greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Two weeks later still waiting for corporate to get a hold of me. Jack-in-the-Box has lost my patronage for life

Complaint about manager

I went to Jack in the Box and the lobby was locked however there was people in the lobby so I waited for one of them to come out and then I went in I asked why the lobby was closed she said oh no it's not but it's the doors are locked there's a couple of people outside that look like they may not have had a place to live but they had money and if they had money and if they wanted to buy something and they couldn't get it because they had no car so I wanna know why certain and she's only letting Mexicans in . Ruder than rude at cottage grove Oregon

Get waitresses some training for being polite and assisting with ordering. I cant believe this behavior is accepted

Double charge

They double charged me. I went through drive thru the machine went down shortly after they took my card then said it didnt go though and they charged me again. Now I have to wait to talk to a district manager they couldnt just fix the problem

Harassment

I have worked for jack in the box for over 10 months I have experienced bad things in Greeleys store the GM harnessed me when I quit she proceeded to threaten me with my home and I have all the documents to prove this I tried to contact the district manager who hasnt even contacted me back Im very upset with this company! I tested positive for Covid a few weeks ago and this manager Jackie was willing to have me work day 3 of testing positive she also contacted my mother to tell her things about me that was non emergence

No, i have heard nothing from jack in the box. So i had the order of onion rings that only had 4 in the bag, last sunday went to the same JITB ordered pancake breakfast. NO SILVERWARE, NO BUTTER OR SYRUP!!!!! SO WE HAD TO USE OUR DRY PANCAKES AS SILVERWARE

CASHIER TOOK MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE SECOND TIME AND THIS TIME SHE DID NOT RETURN IT !! Every single morning I go to the the jack in the box at veterans memorial and I pay with cc or cash and twice same cashier keeps my cc and I have to remind her to give it back and she acts like oh yea this morning she for got again. Never going there again give me my business to McDonalds

Bad food, manager insulted me

I went through the drive-through, got a few miles away heading home. Realized my food was cold. And my drink was a diet coke. Went back days later. The manager Oscar and south of me telling me he did not believe me. And that I was a liar. Its not about the money. It was about how he treated me and then the end result.To top it all off, I wrote Jack-in-the-Box weeks ago. And they still have not responded to my complaint. Jacobus does not care about their customers.
