Hi. I purchased a large meal on July 5th ($39) while on vacation and today is the 9th.
Why can't I claim the order for points on my account? It says my receipt is too old! How is 4 days too old? Can't you give people at least a week or two?
McDonald's and Burger King give a month for surveys to be done.
I'd appreciate an explanation, but even more a fix. Thanks.

Still waiting cash app and jack in the box are both clueless and do not care about their customers they charged me twice and I have to wait I never got my food but I have to wait I’m super annoyed as soon as they get a clue I’m dropping despite being a long time customer I suggest every do the same
Unfortunately, my order never arrived, and they charged me twice, so it's a total of almost $100. I attempted to contact them about my order; they never returned my calls, and they don't answer their phone. I've tried to call to get them to return my money. My money is still pending, and I have received no callback or any kind of reaction from Jack in the Box whatsoever.
Anything you can do to help me would be great.
I really need my money; my car just broke down, and I really need the money. If you could help me in any way to resolve this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

I want to visit my mom she just got out of the hospital, and I live in Temple I live out of town so I stopped by Jack in The box and I was the only person in the line there's nobody in front of me nobody behind me and before I even got you the window they had my bag ready sorry no Burger combo meal with curly fries there's no way in 30 seconds those curly fries would have been cooked and I said are the fries fresh and they were hot like they just dipped them in oil to make them appear fresh but when I got to the house or the hospital they were so stale I couldn't even chew them it's like they were refried so when I got that coming to Temple I called them and she's like I swear to God they're fresh no I know what fresh is so when you can't chew them they're still they're re-dipped so she said that I had to go all the way back to round Rock / bass drop to get a order remade I am not driving 2 hours away to go get another combo made I mean it's just ridiculous and so that that was our only option to help me so I live next door to Jack in The box I can call them but I called a job because she was giving me such a hard time I mean this is ridicjobus I mean there should be my professionalism

I was in a Jack in the Box restaurant on Azusa Ave and was told that I had to order online to receive the buy one get on jumbo Jack. I ordered online while in the store, but I chose the wrong location on Azusa Ave.
The store I was on could not help me cancel my order, nor the store that I ordered from. I am requesting a refund.

Went to buy breakfast sandwich #24 only. Paid in cash.
Received...something smashe, cold, and dry. Immediately went to return it and was told "thats just how it looks". It was a single piece of bacon broke in half, barely any egg, a single piece of ham so thin cut it was see through, unmelted cheese on a dry smashed sourdough bun. For $7.19!!
The store was not busy, it was about 630 on the working. And the older male cashier was snippy. I didn't even take a bite and I asked for my money back. I didn't yell or curse.
If that gross was sandwich is "just how it looks", I will be avoiding Jack in the box from now on. The quality has gone downhill.

I went and picked up food there last night and got half of my burger ate and looked and my bun was green on the bottom. I tired calling for hours to let them know and all I got was a recording saying we're not answering the phone right now.

The manager said the store will compensate me with a coupon over a week ago, but I have not heard or received anything yet. Seems like the manager was just wanting to cover it up.
No response from Jack in the Box whatsoever.
Very disappointing. Staff there had no idea what they were doing.
I placed an order online to pick up at the Newark, CA location on 4/19/2025. I was charged $7.29 immediately, but I was told they didn't have the materials for my order.
The staff there had no idea how to assist me further, and the manager was not on-site. I demand a full refund of what I was charged.

Got to Jack in the box waited 15 min before someone even came to help gave me my food I paid for ice cold all wrong order wouldnt re make food would fix it or refund Im angry I payed $46.09 for my order to be hot fresh not cold no ice in soda everything wrong Im very angry

I need to be move up the right way.
I am not getting paid like I'm supposed to, and I went to my class to become a team leader at first, but now I am a supervisor. I am not getting my 40-plus hours, and they didn't pay me for the overtime I stayed up there.
I am getting 36 hours up there, and I have been with this company for a long time now. So can someone help me, please?
I talked to my manager and explained why I am not getting my 40 hours like I am supposed to be getting. I work at the one in Duncanville, TX, on Hwy 67.

Stupid manager hung up on me after lying to me about the food being freshly made he lied to my face and i spent 40 dollars on food that was cold in the middle. Now i called him and asked for a refund and he laughed and said yah right.
I demand he be fired and i would like to be reimburst for my food that my family wont eat because its not cooked fully. And not to mention its loaded with mayo how gross Not only that i didnt even get my orange juice for my grandaughter

I work there and I have to report the manager and the store. The store is a disgusting I have pictures to prove it.
The manager doesn't know how to train properly floors are disgusting the walls are disgusting the refrigerator and freezer are unorganized. The manager will pick up food dropped on the floor and will serve it to a customer.
