Was treated horribly! Food wasn't made right, and it had lettuce that looked days old on it.
The manager on duty at the time does not have good customer service and was very rude and refused my request, even after other customers agreed on the old lettuce that was placed on my burger. I would like the situation addressed in a manner regarding how I was treated.

Went to buy breakfast sandwich #24 only. Paid in cash.
Received...something smashe, cold, and dry. Immediately went to return it and was told "thats just how it looks". It was a single piece of bacon broke in half, barely any egg, a single piece of ham so thin cut it was see through, unmelted cheese on a dry smashed sourdough bun. For $7.19!!
The store was not busy, it was about 630 on the working. And the older male cashier was snippy. I didn't even take a bite and I asked for my money back. I didn't yell or curse.
If that gross was sandwich is "just how it looks", I will be avoiding Jack in the box from now on. The quality has gone downhill.

I went and picked up food there last night and got half of my burger ate and looked and my bun was green on the bottom. I tired calling for hours to let them know and all I got was a recording saying we're not answering the phone right now.

I was in a Jack in the Box restaurant on Azusa Ave and was told that I had to order online to receive the buy one get on jumbo Jack. I ordered online while in the store, but I chose the wrong location on Azusa Ave.
The store I was on could not help me cancel my order, nor the store that I ordered from. I am requesting a refund.

The manager said the store will compensate me with a coupon over a week ago, but I have not heard or received anything yet. Seems like the manager was just wanting to cover it up.
No response from Jack in the Box whatsoever.
Very disappointing. Staff there had no idea what they were doing.
I placed an order online to pick up at the Newark, CA location on 4/19/2025. I was charged $7.29 immediately, but I was told they didn't have the materials for my order.
The staff there had no idea how to assist me further, and the manager was not on-site. I demand a full refund of what I was charged.

Got to Jack in the box waited 15 min before someone even came to help gave me my food I paid for ice cold all wrong order wouldnt re make food would fix it or refund Im angry I payed $46.09 for my order to be hot fresh not cold no ice in soda everything wrong Im very angry

I need to be move up the right way.
I am not getting paid like I'm supposed to, and I went to my class to become a team leader at first, but now I am a supervisor. I am not getting my 40-plus hours, and they didn't pay me for the overtime I stayed up there.
I am getting 36 hours up there, and I have been with this company for a long time now. So can someone help me, please?
I talked to my manager and explained why I am not getting my 40 hours like I am supposed to be getting. I work at the one in Duncanville, TX, on Hwy 67.

I come to this jack quite a but today they took their time tried to give me cold tacos that had been sitting in the open for the 5 or so minutes did not ask if I wanted new ones it was either cold or nothing all I want is my money back

Stupid manager hung up on me after lying to me about the food being freshly made he lied to my face and i spent 40 dollars on food that was cold in the middle. Now i called him and asked for a refund and he laughed and said yah right.
I demand he be fired and i would like to be reimburst for my food that my family wont eat because its not cooked fully. And not to mention its loaded with mayo how gross Not only that i didnt even get my orange juice for my grandaughter

I work there and I have to report the manager and the store. The store is a disgusting I have pictures to prove it.
The manager doesn't know how to train properly floors are disgusting the walls are disgusting the refrigerator and freezer are unorganized. The manager will pick up food dropped on the floor and will serve it to a customer.

This is not the first time i go to jack in the box and always something its missing from my order i pay $29.37 for 2combos of the #19 chicken tenders and a Tony tacos order i only got one of the combos and 2 sodas

I was told I can go get a refund or get my meal replaced at the location where my meal was not made correctly and Ive been trying to get in contact with somebody so they can tell me what I need to do to go to that location and get my meal replaced But I have not heard from anybody all I was told was just go up there, but I dont wanna go up there and just say hey you guys are supposed to replace my meal according to your corporate office if I dont have some kind of code or some kind of information to give them so they can replace my meal im not gonna let this go because I know a lot of people will probably be like well. Its not worth it keep waiting, but Im not that type of person you guys are not gonna take my money for a meal that I paid for and then not get it correctly.
I understand it was early early in the morning but thats not my fault I was getting off work and I wanted something to eat so I went to Jack in the box. Its not my fault the people there work early in the morning and cant get the order right I got all the way to my house and my order was wrong and I did not want to go back because I was tired from work and it was already late so please get back to me as soon as possible.
I would appreciate that and please just let me know what it is that I have to say to the people at the restaurant so they can replace my meal. Thank you

Rude Veronica & Thought just because she is Manager she can do what she wants meaning walked bye me to make a call in the office left me out there waiting to order for almost 5 mins then Rude to the Customer
Then she gave me a cup and asked if I wanted to order. I said let me get my water first, and I’ll be back. There was no one there but us, and she made a remark, 'Yes, yes, get your water,' and I said I am. Then I got water, walked back to the counter, and she said, 'Are you gonna drink some?' I said, 'Well let me order; you said you’re ready to take my order.'
She is very rude, and it seems like she's not a team player. When she has a bad day, she takes it out on the customer.
You need to rethink who you have representing your business. If Veronica is so unhappy, she needs to go to college and get a degree and learn that we pay for her paycheck and shouldn't be rude to any customer.

I was trying to feed my kids and in that order that I was trying to place that they keep asking anything else anything else anything else and so Im like no if I had anything else, I wouldve asked for something else they kept saying anything else anything else I feel like that I felt like I was being rushed. I felt like that I didnt get to finish completing my order Felt like that. It was rude customer service and I said when Im done ordering, Ill let you know when Im done ordering but to keep saying anything else anything else after I order Im like can I please get a seven piece stuff jalapeño popper anything else? Can I please get a value fry?
Anything else instead of letting me finish and complete my order like Ill let you know when Im done with my order. I feel like that it was very rude. Very rushed and I didnt get to finish my sentence. I feel cut off so Im very mad and then I get up to the window, I asked to speak to the manager and it was a manager that took my order and the manager that had attitude and then Im like OK so can I and then I was trying to pay for it and then she got a bigger attitude and she like too many problems and then Im not gonna take your order you could go to somewhere else so then I got mad.
Im like OK so I asked to contact customer support number. She was refusing to give me any information that call the police on me so I got mad and I threw the condiments on the floor and at this point , like you know, I got hurt so yeah im mad
