Rudeness of manager Bad Service

On 5/21/24, at about 3:49 PM, I came to the drive-through and ordered two taco specials. Being a frequent taco eater at a substantial number of Jack-in-the-Box restaurants, as well as a former general manager for a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, I asked for the tacos to have no cheese but substitute tomatoes. The employee responded rudely and told me that she wasn't going to do it and that she had to charge me $.80 for the tomatoes.

Went to the Highland location, ordered 2 chicken strip meals, and 5 count and 3 count egg rolls. They forgot the 3 count and gave me egg rolls instead of chicken strips. They also gave me regular fries, not the curly fries which I asked for. Ended up switching with my mom.

jack in the box is on 4308 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568. An old black man who was at work called the cops on me after I got mad. He says he cant give food without a car through the drive-thru late at night. I paid online app for food. I am deaf and even hungry. An officer bought the food for me.

I usually suck it up when the food it bad but I am sick I threw up those egg rolls and tasted sweet and sour mostly sour The eggrolls were soft and they are usually crispy it was soft and deflated and cold undercooked and the chicken sandwich bun was hard like a rock its not just the location Jacks food everywhere took a dip and it sucks I never complain but I had to get a knife to cut this and my dog wouldnt even eat the rest he left that part for yall to see and that dog eats *** so what does that say i woke up on sunday and I thought I was going to puke I had to run to the bathroom and I tasted that horrible egg roll and this was the worst fast food experience and i have eaten at whitecastle so take that into your thought process this experience will live in my nightmares for the rest of my life I am still sick from the food my stomach is in a knot from the grease that hasnt been changed in a decade

I did a drive-thru pickup I noticed that two other tacos were not in the bag I had ordered four once I asked her she was being rude about everything I also asked her can you be nice she said she said give me a minute and then headed back she gave me my tacos no taco sauce no lettuce just pure me cold to drive through the person was really really rude I also asked her for napkins she replied there's some of the bag I said there's nothing in the back she said I put them there it was basically an argument that I was just telling her okay I'm not going to argue she slammed the window on my face on the drive-thru was not done with my order and I still needed to ask her for rent I appreciate you just drive away I need this to be fixed or replaced my order or my money back

So when I saw the food once I got to my car it was disgusting black greasy meld horrible the food tacos were oily Blackish oil the fryer oil was so dirty you could smell it the pictures will pretty much say it all so I went back in showed the manager and she said " I didn't feel that order and turned around and walked away wouldn't respond from there so I left them and walked away that was the rudest most horrible treatment the tacos are disgusting looking I've eaten two tacos a day almost for 20 years never had a problem and this was absolutely gross and the service was beyond disgusting they just ignored meI

Number one issue is I visited a location here 6735 FM 1488, Magnolia, TX. Sky was the shift leader that was running the front counter.

She's very short and dry to begin with. She seen me and several other customers standing there for several minutes. Maybe they are short but a simple: i will be right with is the polite thing to say. Then I had to ask her for assistants and she didn't ask me if i needed anything after a couple of minutes.

No condiments are in lobby. Then, I ordered a chocolate loaded cake. i asked her if she could heat it up for me. She stated that she could not.

And walked off. Customer service goes a long way.

Now, I just want to know if that is a policy. Or they're not allowed to do that, All she stated is, No we can't do that and walked off. That's 100% unacceptable for the resonse given.

I work in a law firm. And I would never treat one of my customers like that regardless, where you work at or where at.

We are equal no matter what you do for a living. You should always treat your customers how you would like to be treated.

Just gotta say, huge fan of jack in the box since I was a kid. I just paid $43.00 for x2 8 piece chicken nuggets, x1 burger combo, a $7.89 sour dough jack not even toasted w/o fries or a drink, and a boba drink with a coupon I got in the mail. What is going on with your company? How are these prices justified when the burger isnt even toasted or dressed properly? Losing a customer since the age of 12 Surely yall can do better?

The food was so bad. My dogs would not eat it. The employees in the store take advantage of the Uber orders to get rid of old food because we cannot go back and complain. So somebody needs to watch Over this mine. With a fresh order, the driver had to wait for them to finish it.

I ordered and then when I went to the window a woman asked for my money, gave it , then someone else brings the food and I wait for my Diet Coke , she then tells me that the other woman added the shake to the meal and I said No , that isnt how I ordered I would like my Diet Coke, she wouldnt give it to me even after the other employee told her to give it to me. I was forced to pay more - her name is Karmen at the Jack in the box in Banning - I Will NEVER go to Jack in the box again after her - what a rip off oh and I have been ripped off there before ! Karmen should before fired for treating customers in such a manner

Also, as said you eat the food you are NOT entitled to a full refund and you are asking for more than what you paid. If Karman gets fired maybe she would need to stoop to you level, lie an scheme to get free food and then some.

It looks like a shake was the drink with the $11.99 meal. Can’t tell if the shake is wrong and should be a coke or if coke was forgotten. Either way your loss is not $25 and you do not deserve a refund.

Ongoing problem

Ppl on drugs, that steal, sometims homeless are in the parking lot. We don't feel comfortable going to jack in the box in Vancouver on 104th. Right now two vehicles or old one newer, probably stolen. They have junk a woman just met up with a cart of stuff probably stolen from Walmart in the same parking lot. I think 5 ppl up to no good there right now. Scary!
