My wife delivers for Uber Eats, and when we arrived at the location, the drive-thru was extremely crowded, so I noticed the door was propped open. My wife went in; immediately, she was yelled at and told to leave by the manager.
She asked if she could get the food since she was already in there, and his response was, 'No, but you can get the f$&@k out!' Then he basically pushed her out the door as he closed it behind her.
This made me terribly angry, and something needs to be done about it! I'm looking forward to your contact phone call.

I went to go place an order I came through the drive-through. I just got off of work.
I was trying to feed my kids and in that order that I was trying to place that they keep asking anything else anything else anything else and so Im like no if I had anything else, I wouldve asked for something else they kept saying anything else anything else I feel like that I felt like I was being rushed. I felt like that I didnt get to finish completing my order Felt like that. It was rude customer service and I said when Im done ordering, Ill let you know when Im done ordering but to keep saying anything else anything else after I order Im like can I please get a seven piece stuff jalapeño popper anything else? Can I please get a value fry?
Anything else instead of letting me finish and complete my order like Ill let you know when Im done with my order. I feel like that it was very rude. Very rushed and I didnt get to finish my sentence. I feel cut off so Im very mad and then I get up to the window, I asked to speak to the manager and it was a manager that took my order and the manager that had attitude and then Im like OK so can I and then I was trying to pay for it and then she got a bigger attitude and she like too many problems and then Im not gonna take your order you could go to somewhere else so then I got mad.
Im like OK so I asked to contact customer support number. She was refusing to give me any information that call the police on me so I got mad and I threw the condiments on the floor and at this point , like you know, I got hurt so yeah im mad

$29.51 Purchased 3x 'Sourdough Jack's'
We also ordered 1x Oreo & 1x Strawberry shake. The service crew said they are out of all shakes.
We asked for 1x Diet Coke & 1x tea. The service crew said they are out of all drinks.
[Sourdough Jacks come with ketchup, mayo, Tomatoes, bacon, Swiss style cheese, jumbo patty & butter.]
However, the service crew said the store is out of Tomatoes. We were not offered a discount or free item or any compensation.
When we got home we discovered the orders were incorrect.
My order of 1x 'Single Sourdough Jack' with the bacon to be put on the side. I asked for an additional sauce, "good-good sauce," however my 'Sourdough Jack' was missing "good-good sauce," ketchup, & mayo.
My husband ordered 2x 'Double Sourdough Jack' with NO ketchup or mayo however one of his doubles had my "good-good sauce," on it.

I would like to file a complaint. I was in Jack-in-the-Box store 3575.
My order number is 449 and I was approached by an employee implying to my service dog telling me she needed to see papers for my service dog and told me what I am diagnosed with. The lady that was saying all this to me her name is Veronica.

Hello, I made an order last night that was missing a few items, and others were just completely wrong. I tried to return it, but I was met with rude employees that didn't want to help me. I was mildly upset and went home defeated and made this complaint.

Sourdough Jack was cold not grilled had only lettuce on it, tacos no cheese no lettuce, Jumbo Jack was a cheese burger, Dr pepper was flat.

The assistant manager was not very kind when I addressed the issue with my burger. I am allergic to bacon and my jumbo jack had like a half of bacon slice in it towards the of enjoying my burger.
I mentioned it to Venessa the assistant manager and she automatically was defensive like I was asking for something free of charge. This was unsettling to me since your franchise is my favorite place of business at least 3 times a wk. She had no concern to even ask if I was ok due to finding of something I'm allergic too. She then finally refunded me for the burger with a continuing smirk on her face and proceeded to speak to a customer in Spanish which I felt she was being defiant I then proceeded to let her know I speak and understand Spanish also.
This encounter was embarrassing and your Assistant Manager showed no empathy let alone ethical behavior towards a paying customer.
Very left unhappy with my visit. Thank you
User's recommendation: Not good the receipt below is only for the burger refund but original was for a Jumbo Jack combo/ curly fries/ coke. That receipt was in the trash.

Location on app changed to another city when confirming order. Was unable to cancel order. Manager was understanding and made things right, even though her store was not being reimbursed. You need more employees like her.

I still have not received my refund...and it's been 3 weeks since I spoke to a customer service assistant and asst manager at the location of purchase. Everytime I call...which has been 4 times now...they say they will have to speak to someone else and call me back...this is ridiculous.

I'm new to the app, payments overall jack n the box application for my phone. I'm asking your front line cashier questions about the app and payments, gift cards and she has no idea about any questions I have.
Do you not train the employees to resolve any issues or questions a customer may experience. The overall app experience is not good. The service and employees are not helpful they are appraisive and lack any interest in helping or answering any questions I got don't know don't know anything about app, gift cards ect. Overall the worst experience I've had in a very long time.
I haven't visited a store in years and now I probably won't any time soon. I'm sure that not all employees are as non helpful as her but she wasn't interested in finding anyone to help either.

Never got an answer, never got the food and my money was not reimbursed. The restaurant never answered the phone that day.
I used my app to place an order at loc 4027 yesterday but never received a receipt for $3.88. When I went to pick up the order from loc 4020 I was told the order was never placed.
I placed the order again at this location and paid $13.78.
I tried calling 4027 6 times yesterday but no one picked up the phone. I just want the $3.88 taken off my account.
Service complaint
I placed my order at the kiosk, I was the only custumer in the dining room, was ignored for 25-30 min after I placed my order. Both workers pretended not to hear me.
In thirty min I was acknowledged one time. Finally the manager picked up my receipt and said they didn't have what I ordered and refused to give me any sort of explanation.

Attempted to use their $5 lunch time clock combo coupon, that just arrived in the newspaper. At first they tried to charge me $13 and change, when I argued that the coupon said $5 they then claimed it was $5 off.
That is not what the coupon says! I then showed them the other coupons that do say $5 off, but this one clearly does not. It says $5! After over 15 minutes, with lots of cars lining up behind me I finally aborted, got my money and coupon and left!
What a total waste of time and energy for a simple chicken sandwich!
To add insult to injury, there is no way to contact Jack in the Box for resolution of this problem! That speaks volumes about how they feel about their customers!

I'm leaving this review because it's late at night, 0017, and I wanted some food at the advertised deal via online order (App). I sent the order and ended up missing a beef patty.
So, check your meal twice before leaving the window. It was supposed to be a Double Jr Jack.
