No one has reached out. Disrespectful staff, very untrained manager that was only worried about her 10-minute break and did not care about what was going on in the store.
Very argumentative and tried justifying the hair in the food. Very unprofessional and just plain rude, and the fact of how she handled the situation was unbelievable and to still have a job.

On 45 and West Airtex Houston, Texas. Iesha the Manager is very rude to me every time I go she won't allow me to take my mobility scooter inside the store.
Even though I told her, I could show her my handicap plaque she says because I have updated scooter it's it's not fit to come inside the store so I have to take the drive through I take the drive through and it's very hard to deal with people and then drive through. They get mad at me and tell me why I'm on a scooter are coming through the driver, when I place my order online, I went in the driveway and told them that the computer messed app my order. And I only wanted one and jumbo Jack especially made but the other ones regular, because it's too, for 5 they jumbo Jack. It automatically may the other ones the same way.
She told me she could not change it. Because corporate television were not to remake the hamburgers. So she told me she'll give me some vegetables on the side and tell me to pull up and wait in the front. I waited for about 5 minutes before somebody came.
No. It was so hot outside. I did not have a A/C because I'm on. I'm mobility scooter.
She also does the Jack in the box surveys on the receipts. I heard her doing it on the phone.
Preferred solution: A warm hamburger May with the stuff I would like on it instead of giving me the stuff like Mayo. Ketchup and vegetables to put it on there myself save

I tried to order a Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken and had to repeat the order three times, and the lady still didn't understand what I was saying. Though I was speaking clearly, she didn't seem to either understand English or care for her job—not sure which one.
But she did say, after I asked her if she was okay and there was no response, that maybe if she was paying attention instead of either playing on her phone or with her makeup, then she could understand what I was saying. I don't think that was too rude, but I was simply trying to get her attention after I repeated my order three times, and then she said clearly she would not serve me.
When I went to the window to speak to the manager, they locked the window and started recording me with their phones, they being the ladies inside. I did not deserve to be treated this way and chalk this up to people refusing to speak or understand English in the United States.

I placed an order on the Jack in the Box website. I entered the payment and was charged $50, but the app said my payment failed, even though the funds were taken from my account.
I tried to submit it again, and the same thing happened.
Now, $100 has been taken with no order placed, and no one is helping me get my refund! I called corporate with no help, called the store with no help, and now I'm out $100 that I need to have my bank cancel, which will take a few days to get back.

Unsettling racist threats by jack in the box employee
I'm an elder on scooter going to walgreens.im passing it front of jack in the box when my friend is passing by we go to side of jib to get away from traffic when employee who spoke Spanish is snapping her fingers at is telling us we have to leave her properly and cannot be sitting there talking. She continues saying just because we're from here doesn't mean we can do whatever we want.she claps her hands together and continue to snap her fingers telling us to leave.i go inside asking to speak to management but lady ran inside first and another Spanish speaking worker refused to give me her name,other employees name, corporate number,boss number.i was refused any information. These employees are from Mexico and are so disrespectful to united states' citizens.

Location on app changed to another city when confirming order. Was unable to cancel order. Manager was understanding and made things right, even though her store was not being reimbursed. You need more employees like her.

Rude cashier on S foster Dr at 508 location
Went to the 508 location in baton rouge early this morning in the drive thru no other customers in line I tried to place 2 separate orders which I was told she could not take more than one order I was not given a reason so I said I got credit card can't pay for order together I will just order one then So I went on to give my now one order when she realizes she has to still take my order she decided to just be rude so I said nevermind about the order and that she was rude and I tried to call to speak to manager no answer after 3 calls smh not good business

Service bad no phone number paid over $14 for chicken bowl coffee (2) and egg roll no sweet and sour for egg roll no teriyaki sauce on chicken bowl tried to call phone disconnected no phone for corporate, threw all away total waste wanted to throw in their face. Will NEVER go there again.

The Jack in the Box was on Norwalk and Imperial. The female employee was being very disrespectful, with an attitude, and tampering with the food. Due to the fact that when I got my shake, it had some yellow stuff in it, and I didn't get the other two items of my order.

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheddar cheese. It's supposed to have two slices of tomatoes, large size, also lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise, and a bun.
I got a small bun, two slices of romaine tomatoes, hard lettuce, less than two small scoops of shredded cheese, and two slices of small pickles. The burger was so bad I took it back; the only difference was one small slice of the tomato. The manager talked so rudely to me. Then she said that all I got on my burger was less than a slice of cheese.
Then she wouldn't throw the burger away; she told me I had to throw it away. When they do have trash cans, she was so nasty and rude. Bad service at store #7301, Reno, NV.
I have not been treated. Never been treated so badly.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They give me a full Refund and apologize to me and decided to mail me a two combo meal certificates.
I arrive at jack in the the box at 3702 SW MILITARY DR, San Antonio, TX 78211 and went through the drive thru and tried calling the member through the speaker but no one answer during those 10 minute and when i tried to get through the restaurant a staff was sitting near the cashier with ear phone on. That was all before 12 AM before the restaurant closes. I want my money back for all that trouble.

Actually your phone/makeup comment was very rude. You had no idea what was happening inside.
Yeah and then I went to the window to speak to the manager and you guys just locked the window and refused to serve me. I don't care if my comment was rude very rude or extremely rude I am a customer and I am always right.
It was probably rude because it was true and I don't need to know what's happening inside You should be fired. Everyone that works there should be fired.
The way you guys treated me no patron of any restaurant fast food place in the United States should ever be treated like I was treated. I will make a report with the BBB I will make a report with Jack in the Box corporate and if you guys refuse to serve me again I will be filing a lawsuit and seeking damages against my person for discrimination.
