This burger is dry, hard, and eggs are dry as burger. Please provide fresh buns and burgers.

While eating the sausage croissant breakfast sandwich, I saw mold on the top of the croissant. Upon further inspection, I discovered more mold in the bottom portion of the croissant as well.

The cashier wouldn't continue my order after she called me a *** under her breath. I confronted her, and she said I had to leave.

I went to Jack in the Box on 10-29-25 and bought food. The man gave me my change and food only. I was distracted because my sister was calling me and forgot about the receipt.

I went back and asked the girl for my receipt, and she said she threw away my receipt. I guess I wasn't a good customer to her. She refused to get a duplicate receipt or wasn't properly trained to get a duplicate receipt.

I was extremely disappointed because I wasn't able to get my points for my purchase.

I'm owed points for the purchase.

This has never happened at Jack in the Box before. I always get a receipt.

Inappropriate

Inappropriate behavior, while using the restroom with the door locked one of the employee decides to use her key to open the restroom door for another customer while I was using it . All the mean while the store was empty.

I believe I was overcharged for my meal

Location on 42nd St. in Odessa, Texas charged me $22.10 for a supreme croissant sandwich only, which should have been $6.50.

The manager has refused to talk to me or engage in this overcharge complaint. The gentlemen at the drive-through told me the price but charged me a different price on my card. I went to the location.

The employees told me there was no manager on site. They gave me the phone number of Elizabeth, but she has not called or messaged me about my complaint of overcharging me for a single supreme croissant at 4:35 in the morning after I completed a 24-hour shift.

Bad customer service & preparing my order wrong.

I had ordered a Smashbacon double cheeseburger with only raw onions, bacon, meat, & Cheese only I'm sending a pic with this, also the girl who answered my call, hung up on me, at least 2x, and the also switched the phone to fax mode, very unprofessional o and I'm not happy about my ordered, so what can do to help me out,

If I could give it zero stars I would they be closing at 8:00 p.m.

This store closes their drive-thru at 8:00 p.m., saying that they are closed for cleaning. That's three times in one week; that's ridiculous.

I have a video for proof. I would love for this to reach the district manager so maybe they could change whoever's on the drive-thru at closing time— I mean 2 hours before closing time— because they be closing at 8:00.

Preferred solution: I would like for their drive-thru to stay open until the hours are supposed to be

I waited 32 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive-through. No cars were in front of me.

I have two pictures that can show proof. The only reason why I waited so long is that my husband wanted food from there.

If you accepted the food, you are NOT entitled to a full refund. If you cannot afford to eat out STAY HOME and cook your own food and or visit a soup kitchen.

Blatant, disrespect and racism

Contacted the corporate office , also emailed. We received an email back for a survey. Are dog almost ate a pill off the dirty floor and the staff was very rude about it

The cashier at the Jack in the box on Gary Avenue in Pomona refuses to serve me because theyre short staffed in the dining room is closed and will not let me order through the drive-through on my bicycle. She is being very racist to me and rude.

Didn't get my order and staff was rude

Discrimination/ public humiliation

A friend and I were getting off work at 5:30 a.m. We stopped at Jack in the Box on Arden and Bell in Sacramento, CA.

As I ensured paying for my food, I realized that I was owed $2.89. I mentioned this to the lady at the window, and she said that was my balance. She refused to listen to me, so I asked the other lady working to help her, and she became very irate, screaming, yelling, and calling me a thief for using my own credit card and hanging out of the window, screaming and yelling at me. In the end, she was wrong.

She even just threw the food at me and refused to give us any condiments. I had my grandchildren with me, and they cried because they had never been around this type of behavior. The district manager never called me asking for their apologies or anything. I would like fair compensation to avoid legal proceedings.
