We went through the drive thru.The employee taking our order was horribly rude!

We could barely understand her and when we asked to repeat, she got more rude and shouted at us for not hearing her. We pulled to the window she ignored us and any requests we had. When we asked to speak to the manager, she yelled she WAS the manager. We questioned her and then she told us she wasn't the manager that she was a team leader.

We had to ask several times for the manager (who was not there). Finally gave us a name but refused to give information for us to contact Jack in the box. She wouldn't even give us a receipt. We had to go inside and demand a receipt to do the survey and contact customer service.

We still haven't heard from customer service.

Not only was the service horrible, the food was cold and employees are impersonating managers to cover their butt.I don't know if I will go to jack in the box again.
